Online radio typically runs for between $10 and $30 per thousand impressions. On traditional radio, it may be a bit lower on a CPM count (depending on the metro) but can typically be higher when it comes to minimum spend. We’ve found in most cases that online radio is extremely competitive for our clients making the switch from traditional to Spotify or Pandora.

The main metrics we focus on for these platforms are: completion rate, impressions, reach, CPM, and clickthrough rate. Clicks, truthfully, are secondary in importance, but do help with showing a bit of engagement and how your audience is being compelled to take an action based on the ad that is playing.
