Digital Strategist
Full-Time | In-Office | Fargo, ND
Owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns for a portfolio of 8–12 clients, and owns the relationship with each of them. The role sits at the intersection of data, creative strategy, and communication. Platform experience helps, but the mix of left-brain and right-brain skills is what we can’t teach.
Digital Creative
Full-Time | In-Office | Fargo, ND
Crafts the scroll-stopping ads, video, and design work behind our clients’ campaigns, working alongside our strategists from concept to launch. You’ll flex across static, motion, and short-form video for brands in every industry we serve.
