FAQs – About Creative Services

01 Isn’t creative included with your web and digital advertising services?
In short: yes. We include creative scope (as spelled out in proposals) for both our paid social clients and web clients. However, we understand and recognize that sometimes clients are in need of additional, one-off creative projects and we are happy to help support that too! This page serves to showcase some of the additional (non-ad and web work) that we do for clients of ours.
02 When you produce creative work, who owns it?
You do. We’ll even send the raw files, in case you want to make any tweaks down the road. We provide you with full access to creative that we produce for you so you can use it across any of your media or marketing channels.
03 Why would we use you, instead of a typical creative agency?
We don’t claim to be the right fit for everybody. In fact, we have multiple creative agencies that we love and would be happy to refer you to! However: for clients that are looking to keep it all under one roof, it can be nice to know that your digital marketing vendor can support additional creative needs that arise. That’s what we’re here for.
04 Where do your rates start for creative services?
We typically charge a rate of $175/hr (though have discounts for existing clients, and non-profit clients). Most projects begin around 4 hours, and we would spell out our expected costs for a specific project in a proposal document that we prepare for your team.
05 How large is your creative team?
We have 9 Creatives on our team who support the advertising and creative production needs of our range of clients. Specific creatives may have more of a focus in animation, video, photo, design, or copy, and we happily pair you with the Creative that is the best fit for your unique needs.
06 What does the process look like to get started?
We begin with a proposal. From there (once signed), we would schedule a Discovery Meeting to get things started.
